| : | All teams will follow the races from the early heats, repecharge / semi-final and final

| : | Sitting Posture

| : | International Dragon Boat Federation (IDBF) & 1 Malaysia International Dragon Boat Festival
| | 8. | ENTRY FEES
| : | Free of charge
| | 9. | TEAMS
| : | 12 crews boat - 16 members comprising 2 officials (team leader & manager)
14 crews (coach, paddlers, drummer & steerman)
22 crews boat - 28 members comprising 2 officials (team leader & manager)
26 crews (coach, paddlers, drummer & steerman)
| | 10. | RACES
| : | There must be a minumum of 4 entries for each race to run.
| | 11. | RACING & COMPETITION CLASSES:
| : | Competition Classes Requirements: - Mixed Race for 20 crews: Crews must consists of a minimum eight (8) women paddlers.
- Mixed Race for 12 crews: Crews must consists of a minimum four (4) women paddlers.
- Under-23 Junior Race: Crews must be under the age of 23 years (23) on the 1st January 2010.
- National Inter-Government Race: Crews must be employees from the Government sectors.
- Corporate Race: Crews must be employees from the Corporate sectors.
